The company, experienced rapid growth from 7 to 75 employees and was expanding globally. They were facing internal conflicts and leadership challenges that were slowing performance.

With plans to scale to 250 employees by 2025, unresolved team dynamics could lead to organizational breakdowns and hinder future success.
APPROACH

A one-day workshop on team dynamics was conducted for the N-1 leadership team, utilizing theatre and games to enhance intra-departmental collaboration
